God desires to have a personal relationship with every person He created.

This relationship can only be experienced through the forgiveness of sin as a result of the sacrificial love of Christ.
Growth
Through prayer and the scriptures, Jesus calls mankind to "follow Him" and grow as His disciples.
Purpose
The Holy Spirit gives every believer the power and ability to accomplish God's will for their lives.
Mission
While the discipleship processes of training and encouragement often occur in small groups, Christians are not called to simply stay in those groups. Instead, when they are equipped, followers of Jesus are sent out to serve, lead, minister, share, multiply, train, and help others experience a relationship with God through the transforming power of the Gospel.
